All payments are to be made online through the available payment methods on our website. We accept credit/debit cards and other specified online payment options. Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT.
Refunds are exclusively issued for damaged or defective Digital Strategy Cards. Customers must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. Provide proof of purchase and images of the damaged or defective cards to initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved. The webshop retains the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.
Customers have the right to return undamaged and non-defective products within 14 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, notify the webshop and provide proof of purchase. The returned product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. Returned items are subject to inspection, and the webshop reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the return criteria.
We currently only offer shipping within Belgium. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, please note that external factors may cause delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and the webshop is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders.
The webshop is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
